What You’ll Do:

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to customers

Actively promoting and selling our range of pharmaceutical products

Maintain high standards of product presentation and cleanliness within the retail space

Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently

Reporting on daily sales activities and achievement of sales targets

Support the wider retail team with other duties as required
Must-Have:

Secondary education or higher
-
Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably within the consumer healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers

Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

Good numeracy skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling cash transactions

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Physically able to perform merchandising activities and stand for extended periods
