Purpose of the Role: Program Administrator
What You’ll Do :
- Ensure quality, service, medical governance standards are upheld
- Service levels and targets are achieved
- Compliance with operational protocols and call scripts
- Provides Patient Support service in a timely manner via several means which include email and telephone.
- Prepares documents and reports for future reference.
- Take responsibility for the provision of personalized patient/customer case management. This will include health coaching, motivational support, assisting to set and maintain realistic goals and disease/treatment related information/education and generally focus on encouraging patients to adopt behaviors that have a positive impact on their health.
- Primarily responsible for making scheduled service to enrolled patients.
- Enroll all new patients and ensure that all appropriate information is obtained as well as log coaching advice, support.
- Assist in ensuring that programs are delivered within the appropriate service levels and standards including, but not limited to, case handling time, pre-defined protocols, and confidentiality of patient data.
- Program adverse event (AE) report.
- Proactively feeding back information to the appointed Supervisor in order to enhance existing services to patients.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor and Assistant Operation Manager.

Must-Have:
- 3-5 Years working experiences
- Prefer college graduate with Nursing or Health Sciences major but not must.
- Experience managing projects including planning, implementing and evaluation
- Experience managing external stakeholders including clients
