Purpose of The Role:
The Quality Control (1-Year Contract) ensures that all on-site repackaging, operational, and compliance activities strictly adhere to approved standards, regulatory requirements, GMP, GDP, and GSDP. Reporting directly to the Production Control Officer, this role actively safeguards product quality, supports process and documentation improvements, and ensures day-to-day regulatory compliance on the production floor.
What You’ll Do:
• Verify repackaging operations against approved procedures.
• Perform routine quality checks on-site and accurately record inspection results.
• Identify and halt repackaging floor operations in accordance with standard operating protocols when quality limits are breached.
• Investigate packaging-floor near-misses and process deviations.
• Assist in compiling deviation data and support the execution of CAPA plans.
• Conduct periodic reviews of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production forms.
• Assist in updating and revising documentation to keep it fully aligned with updated standards.
• Support the delivery of compliance and standard operational training sessions for floor staff as required.
• Collaborate closely with production floor teams to resolve immediate quality concerns.
• Support internal quality audits and adapt to flexible shift rotations or overtime during high-volume production cycles.
• Execute administrative tasks and backup responsibilities to keep operations running seamlessly.
Must-Have:
• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Good basic knowledge of GMP and quality-related regulatory compliance.
• Proven background in Quality Control or Quality Assurance roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High-quality awareness and strong attention to detail.
