Purpose of The Role:
Responsible for achieving area sales target, maintain the existing doctors/HCPs and add new users
What You’ll Do:
- Approach the hospital doctors, clinic representatives and others to introduce company’s products
- Regularly visit doctors to remind them on our products.
- Collect the product information from market as well as doctor’s comments on products to report periodically or timely
- Follow up the company tender to update on time about the news, progress and the result if any. Listing company product in hospital’s list and follow up tender process
- Collaborate with PM/SM/DSM, plan and implement promotional strategies and activities in line with the assigned product
- Willing to do extra task which may be assigned from time to time by supervisor/ Manager
What Will Make You Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine / Pharmacy or equivalent degree Pharmaceutical market
- From 3-5 years of experience in medical representative, especially for Pharmaceutical MNC company
- Selling Skill
- Product Knowledge
- Territory Management
- Excellent in negotiation and approaching market
- Good at the computer as work required.
- Hard working and resilience
- Work under high pressure
