Purpose of The Role:
Product Specialist plays crucial roles in the promotion and sales of pharmaceutical products. He/She identifies the right targeted customers to align with the appropriate products for patients’ benefits whilst exploring the opportunities to expand the reach and access to the appropriate patients. He/She establishes customer segmentation and targeting to incorporate into business plan and effectively reach through the right customer base by using Sales ACE as supporting selling skills tool.
What You’ll Do:
- Achieve sales, productivity, and performance targets within the assigned portfolio and territory.
- Execute sales and marketing plans to maximize company sales targets.
- Drive disease awareness among healthcare professionals (HCPs), allied HCPs, and other stakeholders through daily engagement and educational programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, competitors, diseases, and therapeutic processes to foster professional relationships and support clinical discussions.
- Plan and manage weekly schedules with Sales Manager to optimize work execution, ensuring coverage, frequency, and delivery of customer-centric activities within budget.
- Develop and implement account plans with internal teams to identify opportunities, address unmet customer and patient needs, and enhance account performance.
- Utilize Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) software to maintain accurate records and report daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local industry codes of conduct to uphold business integrity.
- Promote and embody Zuellig Pharma’s core values in all responsibilities and interactions.

Must-Have:
- Tertiary education in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset

- Proven experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Solid knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry
- Understanding of medical terminology and clinical practices
