Working location: Etown Central, Xom Chieu Ward, HCMC

 

Purpose of The Role:

  • Pre-launch and Launch brand assigned in Vietnam market
  • Lead and manage marketing activities and sales performance to achieve/exceed team objectives (target, P&L)
  • Nationwide quarterly, yearly through strategic planning, operation and execution, communication internal and external stakeholders, training development team with positive attitude and behavior
  • Make sure that all activities and documentation for team follow ZPV compliance and company policy in daily practice

 

What You’ll Do:

1. Marketing & Sales:

  • Effectively manage marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the product to achieve short and long term business objectives; including revenue, sales, profit and market share targets
  • Monitor and manage marketing activities within budgeted constraints
  • Understanding market environment, pharma industry, KOLs, customers, competitors, through field visit, research, market intelligence, analysis tools to develop Brand Plan, ensure all materials and activities are aligned with and executed in accordance with the larger, strategic plan.
  • Develop annual brand plan, which includes marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure timely execution
  • Achieve the set performance objectives
  • Management & develop assigned products to achieve sales objectives & target P&L
  • KOL development and build good relationship with key stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Measure results, Evaluate, Propose & carry out corrective action

2. Working Attitude

  • Self-motivation & ready to learn with good attitude and behaviors
  • Willing to accept related organization changes if any: new brands, tasks, responsibilities…
  • Closely cooperate with cross-functional (sales team, MA, Medical, SFE, tender support, SP… to handle the business matter and explore business opportunities
  • Ready to support Line Managers/Head department on ad-hoc requirements (if any)

 

 

What Will Make You Successful:

 

Education & Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Pharmacy.

 

Working Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the role of Product Manager for ETC product at MNC; or in the role of Associate Product Manager with experience in the antibiotics category.
  • Pharmaceutical market knowhow
  • Good in English
  • Refer brand name management
