Purpose of the Role: Product Manager/Assistant Product Manager is responsible to develops products by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do :
- Development and well conduct marketing strategy & brand plan independently
- Execute cycle plan and align with Sales team/ComEx/Medical team
- Independent manage financial targets including sales forecast, inventory management, A&P allocation & tracking
- Independent to engage with external customers
- Accountable for guiding the marketers on planning and implementing the brand plans and initiatives for assigned brands.
- Liaison between ZP Commercialization, clients, regional brand leads and country teams in planning and implementation of strategic projects.
- Understand business needs and translate market insights to strategies while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
What will make you successful:
Must have:
- 3 years and above direct marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Independent experience to own branding, pricing and market research strategies
- Well organize and connect cross-functional communication

- Must be pro-active and results-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communications, management and leadership skills.

- Proficient experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of branding, pricing and market research strategies with respect to these therapeutic areas necessary.
- Strong cross-functional relationships.
