DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To implement and support key marketing activities/ programs align with Brand plan/Tactical plan that meet brand objectives and KPIs.
- To Implement and execute micro-marketing activities to meet brand objectives and customer needs by coordinates among Marketing and Sales.
- To develop scientific engagement for key opinion leader at account level.
- To understand, analyze & utilize the external environment via appropriate tools i.e., IMS/IQVIA data, competitor activities.
- To acquire market information/insights i.e., market situation, competitors and utilize them to improve sales and marketing activities.
- To gain insights from fields and support developing local promotional materials.
- To support training and development of field forces to meet the standard.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Medical Representative or Product Specialist position, with a proven track record in a pharmaceutical company.
- A few years of experience in the same position is an advantage.
- Result oriented and integrity.
- Computer literacy/analytical skills.
- Creative Initiative, good communication skills.
