Patient Care Administration Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Document Processing, e.g. Patient Enrolment and all relevant record on CRM Program.
- Document checking and filing, e.g. Patient Enrolment Form, Financial and other supporting documents which required for each program.
- Initiate relevant activities, e.g. Order Request, Product Redressing, Client Approval, etc.
- Communicate with patients and health care professions who involve in each Patient Solution Program.
- Preparing and tracking relevant documents, e.g. Patient Kit, Redemption Letter, etc.
- Coordinates with other sections, departments, clients and customers to solve operational issues and concerns.
- Provide regular reports to clients within agreed timeline.
- Performs other tasks may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in health science or related field
- Good communication skill
- Basic English Communication skill
- Good team player with high responsibility
- Basic Computer Literacy
