Roles and Responsibilities:

  1.  Observes the following basic rules when packing orders:  All orders must be packed for dispatch, so that they meet the required delivery time.  Packing cartons will only require reinforcing in the event that they are carrying heavy glass bottles (i.e. Handedly Syrup Liter Bottles). In all other situations shredded Air bubble surround the stock in the box.  Never choose a carton which is larger than the order which has to occupy it.  Grouping stock together with a rubber band is not required.  Attaching order documents to the stock with a rubber band is not required. The order documents should be the last thing to be placed in the carton before it is sealed.  Unless it is a very heavy order, only one strip of plastic tape is required to seal the carton. If it is a heavy order, two strips may be required.  Packed orders should be placed promptly on the address label conveyor.  Where possible, multiple orders for one customer should be placed in one large carton to save freight. If all of an order cannot be placed in one carton, then the cartons may be arranged in such a way on the conveyor that they can be strapped together. Whenever possible large shipments should be transported on original pallets to reduce damage to orders. These shipments should go on pallets consisting of untreated timber, as opposed to high quality pallets, which have been made especially for Warehouse use. Stock should be secured to the pallet, to avoid movement during transportation.
  2. Reports Supervisor – Packing / Senior Supervisor - Packing if any discrepancies such as different lot number, wrong item, wrong quantity, etc.
  3. Maintains a high level of good housekeeping within the Distribution Center and ensures that waste materials are cleared on the daily basis and any broken or spilt stock is promptly cleaned up in compliant to standard operating procedures.
  4. Performs other tasks that may be assigned by Supervisor – Packing / Senior Supervisor - Packing from time to time.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Male or Female
  • Minimum age of 20 years
  • Upper High School
  • Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
  • Good team player with high responsibility
  • Thai, English and Computer literacy
