Orthopedic Case Co-ordinator

Purpose of The Role: Accurately and effectively coordinate in goods delivery, goods return
and follow up invoice issuing
What You’ll Do:
1. Perform administration tasks in Orthopedic surgery case
2. Liaise with Orthopedic PRN and transport provider in medical equipment set-up and delivery to hospital
3. Deal with PRN for any Orthopedic case arrangement and other specific needs (if required)
4. Coordinates the scheduling of Orthopedic procedures with PRNs and hospital, and also input case setup / kitting requirement, change and delivery in ZPL system
5. Coordinate internally with ZPL warehousing, inventory and administration teams, to ensure smoothly and timely delivery of orthopedic devices.
6. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by Supervisor
Must-Have:
- Minimum age of 25-40 years
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any field
- Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with high responsibility
- Has at least 5 years of working experience in Medical Device Company
- Thai, English and Computer literacy
