Purpose of the Role: Operations Supervisor 

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end warehouse workflows from receipt to dispatch, ensuring 100% alignment with company SOPs, HSSE standards, and 5S principles.
  • Oversee SAP MM operations as a Super-User, maintaining stock accuracy through regular audits (eZStock), segregation of non-conforming goods, and data cleansing.
  • Execute strict temperature-controlled logistics, including cold room maintenance, sensor monitoring, alarm response, and specialized packaging protocols.
  • Ensure total adherence to GSDP and GMP standards, managing the secure handling of controlled drugs, quarantined items, and short-expiry products.
  • Lead internal and external audit participation, proactively managing quality incidents, non-conformities, and the timely execution of CAPA plans.
  • Oversee the Return Upon Delivery (RUD) process, coordinating with clients for dispositions and analyzing data to reduce return trends.
  • Maintain warehouse security, key controls, and pest control programs while ensuring business continuity plans are tested and up-to-date.
  • Drive team productivity to hit OTIF (On-Time In-Full) targets and other departmental KPIs, providing regular performance analytics to the Operations Manager.
  • Manage operational expenses (labor, materials, OT) within budget and spearhead monthly cost-saving initiatives.
  • Supervise and motivate the warehouse team through continuous training, while acting as a key liaison for QA, Transport, and external clients.

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 2 years in warehousing or industrial operations. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field 
  • Proven leadership ability with a focus on teamwork, interpersonal relations, and effective communication.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Inbound/Outbound logistics, Inventory Management, and specialized handling (Pharmaceuticals, Cold Chain, and Controlled Drugs, etc).
  • Deep understanding of GSDP and GMP standards, along with ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 45001 (OH&S), and ISO 14001 (EMS) frameworks.

Advantage to Have: 

  • Degree or certification in Warehouse/Supply Chain Management preferred, with advanced proficiency in SAP, WMS, and ERP systems.
  • A self-reliant and ethical leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills ( both Myanmar & English) and a proven track record in people management under pressure.
  • A positive-minded team player with the technical warehouse skills and physical ability to manage inventory and lift reasonable loads as required.
