National Sales Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales and service aspect
- To lead sales team to achieve individual and team target.
- To do sales analysis and set targets for each Trade Representatives align with principal criteria.
- To co-operate with other divisions to minimize problem bill and credit note.
- To be a single contract for principals responsible.
2. Marketing Aspect
- To evaluate Marketing or Sales plan results and recommend alternative ways to improve.
- To visit or create relationships with customers in order to update and feedback ZP services.
- Acquiring market information concerning competitors and market situation as required by superiors or principals.
3. Coaching and Development
- To coach and train AM/PM/KAM to work properly and monitor their performance align with ZP and principal policy.
- To encourage AM/PM/KAM with ZP code of conduct and Sales & Marketing guidelines to follow in every activity.
- To accompany TR/AM/KAM in the field for coaching purposes.
- To develop and support AM/PM/KAM to grow in their career path.
- Ability to have suggestions or any improvements of work in general.
- Willing to be continuously developed by superior for better career path.
4. Principal Management
- To coordinate with principals to develop and implement marketing plan.
- Routine meeting with principal for update situation and market analysis.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with relevant persons in each principal.
5. Documentation and Reporting
- To prepare and submit Monthly report and itinerary on time.
- To report as request by principals
- Support AM/ KAM to response feedback sheet and problem bill from toher division.
6. Miscellaneous
- To perform other duties as assigned by superior or principal.
Qualification:
- Thai national, age over 30 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical market or related field.
- Strong Leadership skill, High negotiation skill, self-motivated and energetic.
- Experience in people management
- Good command in English.
- Computer literacy.
