Purpose of The Role: 

  • Effectively promote and sales products to hospitals, clinics and dotors in the assigned territories
  • Implement the field forces activities to generate demand and achieve sales target
  • Deliver core KPIs achievement such as call plan, product test, call reach, selling time

What You’ll Do: 

  • Promote and Sales assigned products to achieve sales target
  • Implement field forces driven activities for potential products to create demand generation
  • Well planning & execution the medical events/ follow up after each event with ROI
  • 90 DAP, make good analysis & concrete action plan with good execution.
  • Study by heart the products and diseases related products in order to pass good ( right) messages to healthcare professionals
  • Apply product knowledge, disease knowledge and sales ACE to the interaction with customers
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly plan either in electronic platform or prepare on time for line manager’s review
  • Know the main competitors of assigned products in the territories ( collect competitor information/key messages & activities report to line manager & PM)
  • Make good relationship with customers in order to create business opportunity about the handling products
  • Provide products/market feedback to FLM/PM.
  • Provide accurate product forecasting to line manager within own responsibilities
  • Attend product and diseases knowledge training as pass the test
  • Be compliant to the company’s policies, code of practices and guidance while performing job in the field

What Will Make You Successful:

Must-Have: 

  • Hold medical Bachelor’s degree in sales and marketing or in related fields.
  • Gradulated as pharmacy and doctor are more preferred.
  • Good communication skills
  • Some knowledge about products and competitors in pharmaceutical field.

  • Have at least 1 years experiences in pharmaceutical companies with good performance
  • Good relationship with hospitals, clinics, doctors and pharmacies in Cambodia
  • Experienced to work as a team
