Purpose of the Role:
Medical Product Specialist act as the key point of contact between pharmaceutical companies and customers/Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), whose aim is to promote and create demand for pharmaceutical products.
The goal is to promote product awareness through increased visibility, maximize sales growth through prescription/demand and sales generating activities.
To call, promote and sell to customers in order to achieve targets, increase sales of existing products and expand the market for new products.
What You’ll Do:
- Interact with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to deliver key brand messages utilizing effective selling skills.
- Develop territory sales plans by product, by customer, and by area in accordance with marketing plans and assigned targets.
- Monitor territory performance and submit monthly reports with corrective action plans.
- Organize and conduct CMEs and Round Table Meetings with targeted HCPs, including product presentations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in product volume and customer coverage.
- Increase sales from existing customers through regular engagement and follow-up.
- Travel to assigned provincial areas quarterly to develop active accounts.
- Generate new prescriptions within the assigned territories.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up using Veeva CRM (Veeva/SFE system).
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Must-Have:
- Any medical-related degree Minimum 1 year of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
Advantages to Have:
- Experience in diabetes therapeutic area and oncology therapeutic area
- Negotiation and selling skills with proven sales track record
- Digitally savvy with ability to use Veeva CRM effectively
- Customer network within ethical segment
- Experience organizing CMEs/RTMs and presentation skills
- Ability to travel to provincial areas
- Understanding of ethical compliance environment
