Purpose of The Role:
Accurately perform tasks in warehouse operation and other administration tasks related with inventory
What You’ll Do:
1. Perform receiving, picking, packing, and goods return operations accurately and efficiently.
2. Ensure timely and accurate system updates for all inventory movements within warehouse operations.
3. Coordinate with PNSV, hospitals, and transportation providers to ensure goods are prepared and delivered according to customer requirements.
4. Maintain accurate warehouse operation records and documentation in compliance with Zuellig Pharma Ltd.'s standards, policies, and procedures.
5. Conduct cycle counts for both W2V and W2W inventory as scheduled or assigned by the Manager, ensuring inventory accuracy and reconciliation.
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.
What Will Make You Successful:
1. 99% accuracy of goods receive within 24 hours after shipment arrive
2. 99% picking accuracy by total order line item
3. 99.5% accuracy of physical inventory against system
Must-Have:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in any field
- Willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with high responsibility
- Has at least 3 years of working experience in warehouse operation
- Thai, English and Computer literacy
