Purpose of The Role:
To ensure accurate and efficient management of warehouse operations, including returns processing, stock management, and product handling, while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do:
- Handles returns (goods, expired/damaged items)
- Plans and manages return handling accuracy
- Minimizes stock loss and operational damage
- Ensures proper product handling and storage
- Minimizes ED/Damaged stock levels, ensures timely return receipt and return to Central Return Warehouse
- Controls picking processes (accuracy and time), GSDP execution, return receipt, and handover
- Handles Halal products during operations (receipt, storage, distribution) per Halal Product Assurance System
- Follows K3L safety management system procedures
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or related role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of warehouse operations and procedures
Advantage to Have:
- Certification in Warehouse Management (e.g. WMS, WMF)
- Experience with warehouse management software (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Halal certification requirements
- Basic understanding of K3L safety procedures
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Fluency in English (if applicable)
