MDD Order and Invoice Coordinator

Purpose of The Role:
Efficiently manage purchase orders, invoicing, billing, quotations, and other related documents to ensure smooth operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Process purchase orders according to customer PO within the specified timeframe.
- Prepare and issue invoices and billing documents to the collection department.
- Distribute invoices to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Prepare and issue documents as requested by customers.
- Coordinate with principals, customers, and relevant departments to resolve issues related to invoice documentation.
- Verify the accuracy, precision, and completeness of invoice, quotation, and billing document issuance.
- Record the product usage as reported by the partner and follow up on issuing the invoice.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What Will Make You Successful:
- 100% of invoice, Quotation and billing orders are processed on time.
- 100% accuracy in processing invoice, Quotation, and billing orders.
- 100% of usage records are accurately entered as reported by the partner within 24 hours.
Must-Have:
- Higher Vocational Certificate or bachelor's degree in any field Male/Female, aged 23 years and above
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics, distribution, and/or transportation
- Experience in customer relations with strong communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Basic knowledge of English
- Ability to work as part of a team with a high sense of responsibility
