Purpose of The Role: Responsible for ensuring efficient logistics operations by managing inventory, facilitating communication with internal and external parties, and reporting performance based on KPIs set in service-level agreements.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth logistics operations
  • Gather and report operational KPIs set in service level agreements
  • Prepare, manage and schedule business review meetings with clients
  • Perform inventory projection and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Participate in stock take periodically, including report adjustments, reconciliation, and inventory variance investigation
  • Compile and maintain all the inventory information to be updated in system including material master data, pricing, licensing, etc.
  • Support any other operational duties as assigned

 

What will make you successful:

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of work experiences in inventory planning/management, purchasing, sales administration/coordination, customer service
  • With work experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical or Distribution industries are preferable
  • Good understanding of inventory control best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)

 

Advantage to Have:

  • Solid experienced with ERP system such as SAP (or equivalent) is highly preferable
  • Good team player, self-motivated and customer oriented
