1.Position Summary
물류센터 내 자동화 설비의 안정적인 운영을 위해 유지보수 계획 수립 및 활동, 장애 대응 관리, 외주업체(외국계)와의 커뮤니케이션 및 비용 정산을 진행한다.
SOP에 따라 물류센터의 안전 활동을 Guide 하고 시설물에 대한 점검 및 유지,보수 활동을 진행한다.
2. Key Responsibilities
① 설비 운영 및 유지보수 관리
- 자동화 설비(A-Frame, OV, 컨베이어 등) 예방보전 계획 수립 및 관리등 활동
- 설비 점검 일정 관리 및 이행 점검
- 설비 가동률 및 장애 데이터 분석
② 장애 대응 및 원인 분석
- 설비 장애 발생 시 초기 대응 및 외주업체 연락 등 협업
- 장애 원인 분석(RCA) 및 재발 방지 대책 수립
- 장애 이력 및 리포트 관리
③ 장비 및 소모품 관리
- Spare parts 목록 및 재고관리
- 필요물품구매 (Spare parts 및 공구 등)
④ 외주 유지보수 업체 관리 (SSI SCHAFER)
- 유지보수 계약(SLA) 관리 및 성과 평가
- 장애 대응 시간 및 서비스 품질 관리
- 기술 미팅 및 개선 협의 진행
⑤ 비용 정산 및 계약 관리
- 유지보수 비용 검증 및 정산
- 작업 내역 기반 비용 적정성 검토
- 계약 조건 및 단가 관리
⑥ 안전 활동
- SOP 내용에 따른 물류센터 점검
- Shared 조직인 OHS의 Guide 에 따라 물류센터 안전활동 Guide
⑦ 시설물 유지,보수 활동
- 물류센터 및 본사 시설물 유지 및 보수 활동
⑧ 개선 활동
- 설비 개선 및 자동화 고도화 프로젝트 참여
- 생산성 향상 및 비용 절감 방안 도출
- 안전사고 개선활동
- 시설물 개선활동
3. Required Qualifications
- 물류 자동화 설비 또는 생산설비 관리 경험
- 외주업체 소통 및 관리 경험
- 데이터 분석 및 문제 해결 능력
- 안전 및 시설물 관리 경험
4. Language Requirement
- 외국계 유지보수 업체와의 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션 필수
