Purpose of The Role:
To assist Assistant Manager in managing day-to-day operation activities mainly in picking and inventory management and fully adhering to company policies & SOPs.
What You’ll Do:
- To plan and release orders to picker follow customer delivery date.
- Ensuring all orders completely pick, pack and confirm in SAP before handover to dispatch team.
- Liaise with KAM and CSU team on order processing schedule, urgent order and lifesaving.
- Work closely with secondary repacking team (SR) to ensure redressing activity properly planned, redress and transfer stock to saleable after redressing.
- Monitor Stock on hand and inventory accuracy level in warehouse.
- Performing cycle count for client stock on monthly basis.
- Ensuring all short expiry, expired stock and quarantine stock being move and consolidate into dedicated location (cage & lock).
- Support Assistant Manager in managing product complaint, stock discrepancy and internal damage by performing investigation and root cause analysis.
- Deliver agreed KPIs for picking and inventory management such as picking accuracy, inventory accuracy & inventory write-off.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- Diploma / Degree preferable in Operation Management / Transport and Logistic
- Experience in warehouse operation & inventory management
- MS Office beginner or intermediate level
- SAP system
