Purpose of the Role:  

Supervise dispatch operations and lead Dispatch Team to ensure compliance to SOPs, company’s quality objectives and KPIs with focus towards service level improvement and cost optimization 

 

What You’ll Do :  

  • Supervise all activities in Dispatch Section and ensure Dispatch Team carry out their tasks in accordance to SOPs and WIs. 
  • Plan, control and organize the utilization and maintenance of resources ie. space, manpower, equipment and packaging materials to ensure efficiency and productivity in warehouse operations. 
  • Investigate and provide prompt feedback and corrective actions in response to customers/clients complaints/disputes to ensure they are closed within target timeline. 
  • Escalate all complaints to the correct channel and coordinate with other departments to resolve complaints timely. 
  • Initiate, coordinate and conduct investigations on dispatch incidents relating to the company’s assets, personnel and stocks promptly and close them within the specified timeline. 
  • Ensure Monthly OTIF Performance sustain in 98% 
  • Monitor housekeeping in warehouse to ensure good housekeeping and 5S practices are carried out and maintained.  
  • Supervise the working condition of all critical facilities and equipment in the warehouse to ensure storage condition is in accordance with GDP requirement. 
  • Monitor to ensure the Health & Safety Standards set by company are maintained and adhered to in the warehouse. 
  • Track OMRs & Monitor OTIF performance daily and weekly using Power BI. 

 

What Will Make You Successful: 

Must-Have:  

  • Diploma / Degree preferable in Operation Management / Transport and Logistic
  • Experience in warehouse operation & inventory management
  • PC skill , Microsoft Excel , Microsoft Power Point
  • SAP system
