Purpose of The Role:

This job role mainly to closely monitor on daily task on order fulfilment progress, to ensure that picking, packing and invoice order on timely manner. Adhere of SOP at all times on day-to-day operations activity, company quality policies, relevant ISO, GMP, GDP, GCP, CDPMD, Clients and Customer’s requirements and Regulatory Requirements in Zuellig Pharma. This is to make sure we aligned and meet company’s Goals.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • To plan and release order wave as per delivery schedule and strictly follow planned delivery date.
  • Work closely with co-workers to ensure all the orders being picked, packed and hand over timely to dispatch team for onward delivery arrangement.
  • Partial completed orders to be check and monitored on daily basis without any delay.
  • To ensure accuracy of inventory in system versus physical are high.
  • Liaise with facility team, SAP team and Dematic team if there are any system or technical issues.
  • To be responsible on daily picking confirmation target being achieved.
  • Liaise with CKAM and CSU team on order processing schedules especially on urgent and lifesaving orders being released and invoice timely.
  • To monitor stock on hand and investigate root cause of stock discrepancy reported by internal/ customers with initiate corrective action.
  • Closely monitor on attendance of co workers and picking performance.
  • Constantly update superior on any issues or challenges faced.
  • Work closely with line leader, team leader and managers to ensure daily activities are completed without delay.
  • Deliver agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • To ensure safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed at all time.
  • To ensure and maintain good housekeeping and 5S.
  • Perform other duties as assigned when required.

  • Diploma / Degree preferable in Operation / Supply Chain Management. 
  • Experience in warehouse operation & inventor
