Purpose of position:

  • Help Delivery Supervisor to smooth flow of delivery order through
  • To monitor procedures that will keep on or increase staff productivity.
  • To supervise, motivate and foster good relationships among staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To help Transport Supervisor to ensure that all the supervised staff are complied with their job descriptions. 
  • To help Transport Supervisor to report to the Transport Manager any staff absences and punctuality problems, and to recommend an appropriate course of action.
  • To approve C/N Invoice.
  • To supervise all of Delivery BKK Admin Officer’s activities.
  • To visit customers as assigned from time to time.
  • To follow up with the Forwarder to get back Data loggers.
  • To follow up with Pick & Pack Section to get all Urgent Orders ready for delivery as earliest possible in order to meet the delivery time frame.
  • To handle shipments of big hospitals.
  • To support and coordinate with CRC Network section.
  • To submit a monthly report to the Delivery Supervisor.

Minimum Qualification:

  • Education: Vocational or higher or with experience in warehousing 
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in logistics,
  • Basic English communication skill
  • Good team player with high responsibility
  • asic computer literacy
