Key Account Officer

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process orders from Key Account customers through various channels, such as fax, telephone, paper-based orders, and electronic orders.
- Handle all requests and complaints from Key Account customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and principals.
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in document preparation and order processing.
- Good communication skills with a strong service mindset.
- Ability to read and write in English is an advantage.
- Good personality and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel to upcountry locations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and office equipment.
- Good typing skills in both Thai and English.
