DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Sales and Services 
• To achieve monthly and yearly sales target 
• To handle effective merchandising in drugstores e.g. product on shelf, display, POP 
• To list new products in chain stores or modern trade with effective business, and 
execution plan which aligned with superior or client’s strategy.  
• To communicate and provide product information to buyer or pharmacists 
• To response for expired goods exchange (manage inventory) 
• To co-ordinate with other division to minimize problem bill and credit note 
• To visit and provide service to meet customer need and company policy

 

2. Marketing Aspects 
• Coordinate with Product Manager or Marketing team of ZP or Client’ to create 
activities to push sales  
• Coordinate with Trade Marketing Manager to implement and follow up promotional 
campaign 
• To acquire market information concerning competitors and market situation 
• To minimize customer’s complaint 
• To collect market information as required by superior or principal

 

3. Coaching and Development 
• Be a professional e.g. fast learner, good communication good service and convey 
right message to customers 
• To follow consultative selling skills 
• To participate all promotional activities in responsible customers 
• To coach KAE to work properly and monitor their performance to conform ZP and 
principal policy 
• To follow up Subordinates to comply with company code of conduct and sales & 
marketing guidelines in the same direction 
• To accompany with Key Account Representative (KAR)/ Key Account Executive (KAE) 
or Strategic Key Account Executive (Strategic KAE) in field for coaching purpose 
• To develop and support KAR, KAE or Strategic KAE to be a professional for better 
career path 
• Ability to suggest any improvement of work in general 
• Willing to be continuously developed by superior

 

4. Business Development 
• To create and develop key account plan for each customer 
• To manage trade expense spending in each customer

 

5. Document and Reporting 
• To update visit plan 
• To report customer’s complaint to superior

 

6. Supervise 
• To be center of KAR/KAE to launch or re-launch products as assigned by superior 
• To monitor stock off-take report of merchandise 
• If issue raised, be able to come up with solution and feedback to the team with 
immediate action

 

7. Miscellaneous 
• To keep a good relationship and positive outlook towards principal, ZP and customers 
• To be well dressed all times 
• To perform other duties as assigned by superior or principal

 

Qualification:

• Thai national, age over 25 years old 
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmaceutical sciences or 
marketing with experience in modern trade or chain stores 
• High responsibility 
• Strong Leadership skill, good communication and high 
interpersonal skill 
• High negotiation skill, self-motivated and energetic 
• Good command in English 
• Computer literacy and calculation skill
