Key Account Management Assistant

Purpose of the Role:
The individual will be assisting the Key Account Management Executive for daily administration work, inventory planning and management, inventory forecast, maintain inventory detailed records & transactions and provide support to clients to resolve issues in Zuellig Pharma Malaysia Plan, control and monitor company’s clients Inventory. Provide high level of client service to achieve client satisfaction and inventory accuracy in line with the requirements of the industry regulated by regulatory agencies and the Ministry of Health.
What You’ll Do :
- Collaborate with client’s representative, related Principal Service team and other operational/support Business Department/Section Heads in communication, development, and closely follow up on daily operational tasks smoothly and efficiently.
- Responsible to plan and manage inventory stock take, cycle count and stock reconciliation.
- Provide information and coordination with internal department –warehouse and respective business unit for customer order management and incoming shipment status.
- For inbound receiving management, the incumbent raises Purchase Order & Inbound Delivery Document to ensure the stock are appropriately received for saleable and stored.
- Ensure adherence to Company’s SOP, quality requirement such as ISO, GSDP, GDP, GDPMD, GMP, Code of Conduct, 5S and EHS policies.
- Review, monitor and execute requests for expiry stock write off, product quality hold ad product recalls with DC Section Head and ZP Distribution Centre. Perform accurate process and transaction in SAP system.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly reports to Client in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attend, participate and conduct department meetings including cross-functional meetings when needed. Support and participate in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate.
- Liaise with Client, warehouse and branches on branch transfers to other warehouses.
- Perform other duties as assigned as and when required by the management.
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:

Minimum SPM with 1-3 years experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP.

- Experience in inventory management, warehousing & logistic management.
