Key Account Executive

What You’ll Do: (Maximum 10 points)
1. Sales and Services
- Achieve sales targets.
- Handle goods exchange and customer inventory.
- Resolve billing and credit note issues with relevant departments.
- Deliver accurate product information to customers.
- Provide services that meet customer needs and company policy.
- Reduce customer complaints.
2. Marketing Aspects
- Gather market information about competitors and industry trends.
- Identify customer insights that could impact company risk.
3. Self-Development
- Act as a professional sales representative with good communication and service.
- Develop product and sales skills according to company standards.
- Participate in promotional activities.
- Propose work improvement ideas.
- Be open to development guided by supervisors.
Must-Have: (Maximum 4 points)
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Having experience in pharmaceutic industry at least 1 year is preferable.
- High responsibility and service minded.
- Good attitude and self-motivated and energetic
- Good interpersonal and negotiation and problem-solving skills with excellent communication
- Eager to learn, work well in team environment, creative, leadership and aim to grow.
- Fair/Good commend in English.
- Computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail, and Calculation skill
