Key Account Executive - WHS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales and Services
To achieve sales target
To response bill for goods exchange (manage customer’s inventory)
To minimize problem bill and credit note by coordinating with collection department
To convey right message to customers
To provide services regularly to meet customer’s need and company policy
To minimize customer’s complaint
2. Marketing Aspects
To acquire market information concerning competitors and market situation
To acquire customer information that might reflect company risk
3. Self Development
Be a professional sales representative e.g. fast learner, good communication, good service and convey right message to customers
To follow Zuellig Pharma’s Trade Sales ACE Selling Skill
To participate all promotional activities in responsible customersAbility to suggest any improvement of work in general
Willing to be continuously developed by superior
4. Document and Reporting
To update visit plan
To report customer’s complaint to superior
To submit reports and itinerary on time
To record customer visit in SFE system
5. Functional Competency
Trade Sales ACE’s action level “Excel” or “Master” at minimum level to receive accreditation
Knowledge of “Excel” level as expected level or score ≥ 90%
Territory Management at “Master” level as expected level
Role model for 3 Functional Competencies
Meet Behavior score in Performance Appraisal (at least 2 from 3)
For Strategic Trade Executive (STE) and Strategic Key Account Executive (SKAE)
Required minimum of functional competency as above
6. Miscellaneous
To responsible for e-order processing and call visit submission via eZRx/CPQ and SFE system accordingly in daily basis
To handle all collection and delivery issue by co-ordinate with Area Manager and party concernMaintain company assets
QUALIFICATION:
Thai national, age over 22 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any fields
Having experience in pharmaceutical industry at least 1 year is preferable
Applicants in the Strategic Trade Executive (STE) and Strategic Key Account Executive (SKAE) require at least 1 year in Zuellig Pharma and 2 or 3 years in pharmaceutical industry
Experience in planning and implementing business strategies
High responsibility and service minded
Good attitude and self-motivated and energetic
Good interpersonal and negotiation and problem solving skills with excellent communication
Eager to learn, work well in team environment, creative, leadership and aim to grow
Fair/Good command in English
Computer literacy i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail and Calculation skill
