Purpose of the Role:
The Key Account Manager (Medical Devices) is responsible for driving sustainable business growth across assigned territories by applying strong scientific knowledge, commercial expertise, and strategic thinking. The role acts as a trusted partner to key customers while ensuring contract compliance, effective pricing management, and efficient business operations.
What You’ll Do:
• Apply scientific knowledge, industry experience, and commercial acumen to define and execute effective territory strategies.
• Drive business growth for the Medical Devices portfolio within assigned accounts and territories.
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial and operational activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with contract terms, policies, and business governance requirements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers, with a strong focus on pricing, profitability, and performance.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all assigned customers.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day business operations for the Medical Devices segment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
