Purpose of The Role:
Manage and supervise the receipt, inspection, and storage of goods, ensure accurate and timely updates in SAP, and maintain compliance with company procedures and safety standards, while supporting the accuracy of product consignments to customers and customer satisfaction with our company's services and reporting to management on performance and future.
What You’ll Do:
- Product Responsibility: All NRS (Non-Regular Stock) products of J&J include ETHICON, ETHICON ENDO SURGERY, BIOSENSE WEBSTER, MENTOR, DEPUY.
- Conduct visits to customers who still have active NRS
- Visit target (Coverage) 100% of data sent by CDM
- Perform stock count to ensure stock accuracy matches the data, and there is no discrepancy between SAP system stock data and physical goods at the customer.
- Ensure NRS aging does not exceed 21 days (Floating Consignment)
- NRS stock > 21 days must be pulled back to warehouse, monitored until MB58 status is cleared.
- Used NRS stock should request PO from customer for invoicing
- Reporting & manage supporting documents
- Create weekly report of actual stock count according to standard format to sales team
- Store supporting documents: NRS submission email, stock count results, Delivery Note/goods receipt signed by customer, Withdrawal form, copy PO, copy invoice
- Responsible for goods checking till released to saleable.
- For inbound receiving management, the incumbent monitor the progress of Incoming goods and Inbound Receiving procedures to ensure the Inbound stock are appropriately received, checked, released for saleable and stored.
- Oversees the performance of clerical work and preparation of reports related to good receipt, stock control, and operation activities.
- Consistently working closely with Leader / Executive Operation to ensure smooth of the flow of inbound process.
- Implement and adhere to the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) management system, participate in K3L programs and toolbox meetings, and report HSE-related issues and concerns
- Keep immediate superior informed always of any problems or incidents occurring in the work place and reductions in unplanned deviations and focuses on improving right first time.
- To ensure that the safety of people, stocks, infrastructure and equipment is observed always.
- Reports to Leaders / Manager on departmental issues, non-conformities, and accomplishments.
- Ensures there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively. This includes but not limited to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, principals and customers.
- Attends, participates, cross-functional meetings when needed. Supports and participates in cross-functional projects when assigned/appropriate.
- Listen to superior and follow instructions carefully. To carry out tasks in accordance to SOPs. To support superior and accept additional responsibilities in a positive manner
- Ensures and maintains good housekeeping and 5S.
- Prepares and submits weekly or monthly reports
- Performs other duties as assigned when required.
- Implement Good Storage and Distribution Practice (GSDP) in the workplace to comply with the requirements of the certification already held.
- Carrying out, following, and implementing the OHS and Environmental management system in accordance with the applicable procedures, following the environmental OHS program, attending toolbox meetings, and raising any issues related to OHS and the Environment
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- Minimum high school graduate with 1-2 years work experience
- Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C) and have their own motorcycle
- Willing to work in Jakarta
