Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, proactive, and business-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to drive impactful human capital strategies that align with and enable our corporate and operational goals. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, strategic consultant, and executive coach to department heads and business unit leaders, partnering closely across functions to build organizational capability, steer change management initiatives, and cultivate a resilient, high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate brings strong commercial and operational acumen, comprehensive expertise across full-spectrum HR disciplines, and a proven track record of helping complex business functions thrive within a fast-moving multinational environment.

 

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Business Partnering & Advisory

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner directly with business leaders and stakeholders to translate business directives into strategic, actionable people plans that drive organizational performance and operational excellence.
  • Leadership Coaching & Workforce Planning: Provide consultative guidance, coaching, and strategic workforce planning to people managers, enhancing managerial effectiveness, talent readiness, and team productivity.
  • Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and sustain strong, collaborative communication channels with the Regional Office and functional heads, ensuring local alignment with regional people agendas, governance standards, and global HR best practices.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Strategic Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers across designated business units to forecast headcount needs, identify capability gaps, and execute proactive sourcing strategies for key and vacant roles.
  • Pipeline Enablement: Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to build robust talent pipelines, champion diverse candidate slates, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, and strengthen employer branding.

Talent Management, OD & Performance Culture

  • Performance & Succession Planning: Facilitate cyclical performance management, calibration sessions, talent reviews, and succession planning to build and sustain a strong internal leadership pipeline.
  • Capability Development: Diagnose organizational skill gaps and design targeted learning and development (L&D) interventions that elevate employee capabilities and support long-term business priorities.
  • Career Pathing & Retention: Deliver individualized career consultation, talent mapping, and development pathways to boost employee retention, morale, and internal mobility.

Change Management & Organizational Culture

  • Change Leadership: Champion structured change management methodologies to ensure smooth adoption of organizational redesigns, system implementations, and process transformations.
  • Culture & Engagement: Design and implement proactive employee engagement programs and pulse listening mechanisms that nurture an inclusive, merit-based, and high-energy workplace culture.

Total Rewards, Compliance & Governance

  • Total Rewards Alignment: Partner with the Total Rewards team to review compensation, incentive schemes, and benefit packages, ensuring internal equity, cost-effectiveness, and market competitiveness.
  • Policy Governance & Employee Relations: Ensure rigorous adherence to company policies, HR standard operating procedures (SOPs), and labor regulations, managing employee and industrial relations matters proactively to mitigate organizational risk.

 

What Will Make You Successful:

Must-Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) within multinational corporations (MNCs), alongside 10+ years of total progressive professional HR experience.
  • Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge across the complete HR lifecycle—including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development (OD), Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Learning & Development (L&D), Culture & Engagement, and Employee / Industrial Relations (ER/IR).
  • Proven ability to build trusted working relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex, multi-tiered matrix reporting structures, particularly with Regional Office teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills, high emotional intelligence (EQ), business acumen, and demonstrated personal resiliency in high-change environments.
  • Full professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) is an absolute must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline

 

Advantages to Have:

  • Relevant HR experience within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
  • Prior experience partnering with diverse functional teams (e.g., commercial, shared services, or corporate functions).
  • Recognized professional HR accreditation (e.g., SHRM-SCP/CP, HRCI SPHRi/PHRi, or recognized equivalent national certifications
