Purpose of the Role:

The Supply Chain Business Partner Supervisor oversees daily inventory operations and documentation to ensure high data integrity for Business Unit (BU) planning. This role serves as the main link between the planning office and physical logistics teams to guarantee seamless product flow, strict process compliance, and accurate order fulfilment.

 

What You’ll Do:

  1. Act as the primary contact between SC Planning and physical logistics teams.
  2. Ensure all inventory activities like counts, transfers, and receipts match system records
  3. Plan and supervise daily and weekly physical stock counting activities.
  4. Audit physical stock against system data before submitting official reports.
  5. Guarantee all goods movement documents are completed on time and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  6. Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to enhance warehouse workflow and data accuracy.

 

What Will Make You Successful: 

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Supply Chain, with a focus on Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and Procurement/Sourcing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel for analysis) and SAP (specifically MM/PP modules or similar ERP/WMS).
  • The ability to adapt quickly, stay flexible in changing situations, and respond effectively to new challenges or opportunities.
