Purpose of the Role:
The Senior Product Manager role exists to oversee and control the product management activities of a group of products. The main purpose of this job is to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to maintain, grow, and expand product sales, profit, and market share, meeting company objective. The Product Manager leads new product launches, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and works closely with stakeholders to define product positioning and messaging.
What You’ll do:
Financial
- Manages product management activities to achieve financial goals, including sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Implements pricing strategies, monitors product margins, and analyzes financial performance
Non-Financial
- Identifies client needs and develops strategies to meet those needs.
- Builds strong relationships with clients, conducts market research, and gathers customer insights to enhance product value propositions.
- Oversees the operational aspects of product management, including supply chain coordination, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing operations.
- Leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams, providing guidance and support to achieve product objectives.
- Builds and fosters a high-performing team environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborates with regulatory teams to ensure proper product registration, labeling, and adherence to safety guidelines.
Stakeholder engagement
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with regional stakeholders, key clients, and healthcare professionals while ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborating effectively with internal departments/customers (Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory Affairs) to gather insights, align product strategies, and ensure cross-functional coordination.
- Navigating a dynamic market and competitive landscape, staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product strategies.
- Managing the entire product development lifecycle, including resource allocation, timeline management, and ensuring successful product adoption in the market.
- Understanding customer needs, addressing challenges in meeting expectations, and maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical marketing is preferable
- Proficiency in writing and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
Advantages to Have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical product marketing.
- Having experience in conducting scientific presentation is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial systems and sales strategies.
