Purpose of the Role:
The Product Executive supports the Marketing Lead and Product Manager in implementing marketing plans to enhance brand image and awareness for existing products. They conduct research, plan marketing events, manage promotional materials, and collaborate with the sales department. The role aims to drive product initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve sales objectives
What You’ll do:
Financial
- Assist in developing and executing marketing plans to drive product sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Track and manage marketing budget and expenses to ensure cost-effective utilization of resources.
Non-Financial
- Conduct market research and gather customer insights to understand their needs, preferences, and behavior.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop customer-centric marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support the development of customer engagement programs and initiatives to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as seminars, symposiums, and user gatherings, to promote products and generate leads.
- Manage the production and distribution of promotional materials, ensuring their availability and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and deliverables.
- Provide product knowledge training and support to the sales team, enabling them to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of marketing and sales strategies, fostering a cohesive approach.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork and sharing of best practices.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all marketing activities and communications.
- Review marketing materials and campaigns to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.
Stakeholder enagement
- Collaborating with the Sales Department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Influencing and supporting the sales team in effectively promoting and selling the products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Building relationships and liaising with healthcare professionals such as doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
- Understanding the needs and preferences of HCPs to develop targeted marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Influencing and engaging with HCPs to generate awareness, interest, and adoption of the products.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical marketing is preferable
- Proficiency in writing and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
Advantages to Have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Pharmaceutical product marketing.
- Having experience in conducting scientific presentation is preferred
- Knowledge of commercial systems and sales strategies.
