Purpose of the Role: 

To be accountable for initiating and developing marketing program for MDD clients with commercial business model. Ensures that marketing strategies are translated into effective and measurable campaigns by conducting market analysis and identifying target segment.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Market Analysis & Segmentation:
    1. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments and opportunities
    2. Develop marketing strategies based on market insights and client needs
  • Marketing Program Development:
    1. Initiate and develop marketing programs/campaigns aligned with business objective
    2. Define campaign goals, target audience, and KPIs
    3. Ensure campaigns are effective and measurable
  • Promotional Activities Management:
    1. Manage promotional activities within approved budgets and guidelines
    2. Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, etc.) for campaign execution
  • Client & External Management:
    1. Manage client relationships related to marketing plan strategies
    2. Coordinate with external partners/agencies as needed
  • Performance Optimization:
    1. Monitor campaign performance, interpret data (ROI), and optimize based on insights
    2. Continuously improve marketing strategies based on market needs and KPIs
  • Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and insights to stakeholders

 

What Will Make You Successful: 

Must Have:

  • S1/Bachelor's degree (Pharmacy, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communication, or related
  • 2-3 years of experience in related fields and/or 2+ years in medical devices business
  • Proven track record initiating marketing programs/campaigns
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, brand positioning
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and interpret performance data (ROI)
  • Fluent communication in English
