Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of an IT Specialist is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing an organization’s information technology systems to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient operations.
What You’ll do:

Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and IT systems

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users (hardware, software, network issues)

Monitor system performance and ensure reliability, security, and data integrity

Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissionsEnsure cybersecurity best practices, including system updates and antivirus protection

Maintain documentation for IT procedures, systems, and configurations

Support IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations

Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data protection standards
What Will Make You Successful:
Must Have:
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): troubleshooting, cybersecurity best practices, data integrity, user accounts management
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in IT
- Willing to work in Sudirman, Jakarta Area
