Purpose of The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Sales and Data Analysis Intern. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize our sales strategies. You will have the opportunity to learn about various aspects of sales operations, data analysis techniques, and business intelligence tools.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare presentations, reports and documentation related to project/plan/promo activities
- Assist in organizing meetings, workshops and event related
- Assist in maintaining folder / files, databases and documentation systems
- Assist in updating project / activities progress reports and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing sales data using Excel, CRM systems, and other analytical tools.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics, sales trends, and customer behavior.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Support sales representatives with data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance their effectiveness.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and innovation.
- Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.
Advantage to Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth.
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or data analysis is preferred but not required.
