Purpose of the Role:
The Operations Intern supports the day‑to‑day activities of the Marketplace Operations team, ensuring smooth execution of operational tasks across order management, seller support, product listing, and data upkeep. This role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to real operations workflows while allowing the intern to develop analytical, coordination, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support daily marketplace operations including order monitoring, product listing maintenance, stock updates, and basic system checks.
- To participate in administrative and coordination tasks that keep business operations efficient.
- To learn core functional skills, operational systems, and cross‑team collaboration in a real business environment.
- Contribute to updating SOPs, checklists, workflows, and documentation as processes evolve.
- Play a role in process improvement initiatives such as streamlining trackers or simplifying workflows.
- Learn operational systems, marketplace processes, and data management techniques through hands-on involvement.
- Uphold data integrity, process compliance, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Must-Have:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry and basic formulas) and a quick learner of new software systems.
- Precision: High attention to detail—you’re someone who catches the small errors before they become big problems
- Communication: Good command of English (written and spoken) to coordinate effectively with internal teams.
