Purpose of the Role:
Join our Marketplace Marketing team as a Design Intern and bring campaigns to life through eye-catching visuals. During internship, you’ll create promotional banners, social media graphics, event materials, and printed collateral — all within our brand style.
You’ll collaborate with the marketing lead and other teams, contribute ideas in brainstorming sessions, and sharpen your skills using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. This is your chance to gain real-world experience, build a strong portfolio, and make a visible impact on both digital and offline campaigns.
What You’ll Do :
- Design promotional banners, social media graphics, email headers, newsletters, printed flyers, event visuals, and other marketing materials.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats and channels, ensuring consistency across digital and print.
- Apply and maintain our established brand guidelines in all creative outputs. Ensure visual consistency and quality across all marketing touchpoints.
- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and other departments to understand campaign objectives and design needs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh, creative ideas for campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends and suggest innovative approaches to enhance visual.
What will make you successful:
Must-Have:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign is a plus).
- Digital & Print Versatility: Ability to design across multiple formats, from social media assets and email headers to printed flyers and event backdrops.
- Office Productivity: Competency in MS Office (PowerPoint/Word) for internal presentations and documents.
- Marketing Foundation: A basic understanding of Trade or Commercial Marketing principles (e.g., creating designs that drive sales/clicks).
- Motion Graphics: Basic experience in video editing or creating animated social media content (GIFs/Short-form video).
- Copywriting Skills: The ability to craft or refine short, punchy marketing headlines and calls-to-action.
- E-commerce Experience: Familiarity with the visual requirements of online marketplaces or B2B digital platforms.
