Purpose of The Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team and support our diabetes-focused marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Intern for Diabetes, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns, create engaging content, and assist in various marketing activities to raise awareness about our products and services within the diabetes sector.
- This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing while contributing to meaningful projects in the healthcare industry
What You’ll Do:
Provides marketing support in an efficient, professional manner in the team. This role includes but not limited to: -
- Vendor management, whereby applicable, facilitate and manage RFQs, RDAs, material due diligence process management, identifying vendors to solicit quotations (as per procurement SOP) and vendor creation / management.
- Managing ARIBA process, to ensure timely approval of PR/PO and manage payment requisitions for approved POs upon completion of work.
- Filing and documentations (e-filing, paper filing)
- Distribution of approved promotional materials to sales teams
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings for marketing team and cross function teams, that includes calendaring, booking of meeting rooms and meeting conference facilities, and minutes taking; whereby support is required.
