Intern - CHC Marketing

Purpose of The Role:

The intern will provide professional and efficient marketing support to the team, ensuring smooth execution of key activities and coordination across functions. Key role is to provide marketing support in an efficient, professional manner in the team

What You’ll Do:

Market Research

• Assist with market research: Explore market trends and collect data to support decision-making.
• By looking at competitors and customer behaviour, help shape strategies that connect with the right audience. This help to guide campaigns that boost the brand’s presence.

Assist in data analysis and reporting

• Diving into analytics, help decode data to spot trends and measure campaign success.
• Preparing reports and dashboards, provide insights that shape future marketing efforts. to make data-driven decisions.

Marketing events Coordination

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including product launches, internal meetings, and third-party engagements. 
• Coordinate with vendors, manage logistics, timelines, and ensure smooth execution aligned with marketing objectives.

Promotional Materials Distribution  

• Support the distribution of approved promotional materials to the sales team in a timely and organized manner, ensuring all assets are properly tracked and documented.

Meeting Planning & Coordination  

• Plan and schedule internal meetings for the marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders.  
• Manage calendaring, booking of meeting rooms, and setting up meeting facilities (in-person and virtual).  
• Capture meeting minutes and follow-ups for documentation and alignment.

KOL & Event Engagement Support  

• Assist in the coordination of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and HCP event engagements, both for ZP-hosted and third-party events.  
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors for:
       - New vendor creation
       - Consultancy agreement preparation
       - Submission of claims and honorarium
       - Materials coordination and logistics support

Must-Have: 

    •    Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
    •    Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively
    •    Time management and ability to meet deadlines
    •    Attention to detail and accuracy in execution
    •    Basic proficiency in tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Canva or similar)

Advantage to Have: 

    •    Prior internship or project experience in marketing
    •    Creative thinking and content creation skills
    •    Data analysis skills and ability to interpret insights
    •    Experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager)
    •    Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity
