IT Infrastructure & End Point Management Lead

Purpose of The Role:
- Responsible and take co-ownership of the whole Malaysia & Brunei IT Infrastructure, which encompass servers, network, print services, communication services, end user services and operational technology.
- Collaborative work across various Departments, Business Units & Regional team while co-managing EUS, Network & Print Services team.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement, support & monitor Windows Servers and 3CX Communication Services.
- Monitor & oversee Network and End User Services by guiding/mentoring the relevant teammates.
- Implement, support & work with relevant departments on BCP/DR related matters.
- Co-manage ITSM processes relevant to IT & OT Infrastructure.
- Able to plan/partake in IT/OT POC for both local & regional IT Infrastructure team.
- Participate in internal & external audit activities.
- Co-operate with the local & regional Cyber Security team on security policy requirements.
- Able to assume Officer in Charge role during the absence of Technology Business Partner.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- More than 10 years working experience in related field.
- Hyper-V, MS Azure Cloud, Google Cloud Platform & Document Management System expertise.
- IT Infrastructure Project Management experience.
- ITSM (Incident/Service Request Ticketing) & report analysis experience.
- Knowledge in LAN & WAN technologies.
Advantage to Have:
- Cloud Platform & Server Management Certifications
- ITIL 4 Foundation
- Business Communications (Written & Oral skills)
