Working location: Etown Central, Xom Chieu Ward, HCMC

Purpose of The Role:

  • Provide tender document preparation services to principals.
  • Prepare payment documents based on data from the Finance and Sales departments according to customer requirements.
  • Support the sales team to meet customer demands and achieve the objectives of the Hospital channel.Create, maintain, and develop relationships with partner and internal departments.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Complete daily work and assigned tasks effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Strictly implement the tender preparation procedures as assigned, from receiving tender documents to submission.
  • Perform all paperwork tasks as required by the sales team and principals, such as contracts, quotations, and official letters, based on procedures or guidelines.
  • Support the Sales team to achieve the objectives of the Hospital channel.Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to step out of the comfort zone to support team goals.
  • Be willing to take on additional tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.
  • Coordinate and support co-workers to complete tasks.Maintain a positive, supportive work environment with a “can-do” attitude toward achieving goals.
  • Strictly adhere to company policies and regulations and refrain from any actions harmful to the company’s interests or reputation.
  • Maintain a good filing system for easy and readily available reference.
  • Adhere to company policies on data protection and confidentiality.

 

What Will Make You Successful:

  • University or college graduate, preferably from a pharmacy-related faculty.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.Good MS Office skills.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Customer service skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
