Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process quotations
- Process manual invoice
- Process tender documents
4. Handle E-Auction Process
5. Process annual quotation along with required documents
6. Scan original document along with principal's approval email
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experienced In document filling system with good communication skill would be advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft office program, as well as the use of office equipment
- Familiar with SAP would be advantage
- Able to work over time
