Health, Safety And Security Manager

Purpose of The Role: This role will be responsible to lead, oversee and implement effective health, safety & environmental management systems to ensure compliance with local regulations and conformance with Zuellig Pharma’s health and safety management systems in Hong Kong market operations. The role is also responsible to oversee and drive security operations in the market.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local health, safety & environmental regulations and develop, implement procedures & programs to meet regulatory and OSH management system requirements and target injury reduction.
- Monitor environmental performance metrics and report on environmental impacts to ensure adherence to environmental permits and requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments for workplace hazards and environmental impacts and develop risk mitigation strategies and emergency response plans.
- Develop and deliver training programs on health, safety, and environmental compliance topics to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and community groups, and conduct regular safety committee meetings and drive initiatives to improve safety culture and awareness.
- Lead ISO 45001 / 14001 processes for the market and implement continuous improvement initiatives based on performance trends and feedback.
- Oversee Security Program Management, defining and updating market-level security processes.
- Lead the TAPA FSR/TSR certification processes in the market.
- Deliver enhanced facility and supply chain security by maintaining robust procedures to eliminate vulnerabilities, and to ensure effective and timely resolution of all security incidents.
What Will Make You Successful:
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health Management or related discipline
- With over 5 years of relevant experience in managing Health, Safety, Security and Environment
- Familiarity with the latest statutory and contractual requirements and with solid understanding of professional practices related to local safety and health regulations
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Team player capable of adapting to ambiguous environments with cross-group collaboration and problem-solving abilities with Growth mindset
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Cantonese)
Advantage To Have
- With Registered Safety Officer (RSO) and Registered Safety Auditor (RSA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional security qualifications and experience will be an advantage.
