Talent Management & HRBP Manager

Reports to: Head of Human Resources 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRM, HRD, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR, preferably in Talent Management, HRBP, or Employee Relations.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai Labour Law and HR best practices.

  • Proven expertise in talent lifecycle management (assessment, calibration, development, retention).

  • Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

  • Analytical, adaptive, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

 

Purpose of Position

To lead and oversee Talent Management strategy and HRBP responsibilities, ensuring effective talent calibration, succession planning, employee engagement, and leadership development. This role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategy with organizational goals, while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and high performance.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Talent Management

  • Lead annual talent calibration process across business units, ensuring fairness, consistency, and alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Design and implement succession planning frameworks and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs).

  • Drive talent development programs to strengthen leadership pipeline and critical capabilities.

  • Partner with managers to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development opportunities.

Employee Engagement & Survey

  • Lead the employee engagement survey process end-to-end: design, communication, execution, and follow-up action planning.

  • Analyze survey results, provide insights to leadership, and co-create engagement initiatives that improve employee experience.

  • Champion initiatives that reinforce company values and culture, positioning the organization as a “Great Place to Work.”

HR Business Partnering

  • Partner with business leaders to translate organizational strategy into people initiatives.

  • Provide consultation on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.

  • Coach managers to role model company values and foster a high-performance culture.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and Thai Labour Law while enabling business agility.
