Purpose of the Role: 

This role is responsible for delivering HR operations with a strong focus on rewards solutions and data analysis. The position supports HR shared service delivery, reward management, and benefits management, leveraging data insights (e.g., Excel, Power BI) to enhance HR decision-making and support talent attraction and retention.

 

What You’ll Do : 

  • Support HR shared service process governance, including validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution
  • Assist in reward management processes (compensation analysis, market benchmarking, salary structure design, job evaluation, merit review, bonus management)
  • HR data analytics (headcount, cost, turnover, salary structure)
  • Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards (Excel / Power BI)
  • Manage and optimize employee benefits programs and HR process
  • Support HR budgeting and manpower cost tracking
  • Support Global HR projects related to compensation, benefits, and policy enhancement

Must-Have: 

  • 3+ years of HR experience with C&B / payroll exposure
  • Strong data analytics skills (Excel, Power BI, Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/VBA)
  • HRIS Proficiency : Experience supporting payroll or compensation processes
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Good written and communication skills (Mandarin and English)

 

Advantage to Have: 

  • Experience in HR data analysis or reporting
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools
  • Experience in salary structure design and job evaluation
  • Experience in HR cost analysis or budgeting
  • Experience in HRIS systems (SAP, Workday, etc.)
  • Familiarity with labor laws related to payroll and benefits
