Group Product Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To coach and lead Product Manager in developing marketing plans and ensure excellence in execution with brand team.
- To prepare annual forecast and promotion budget and decide on promotional strategies for each product responsibility.
- To develop, create promotional strategies, implement and control marketing activities within agreed budget in order to achieve the company’s goal.
- To acquire market insights and utilize them in improving sales and marketing activities.
- To organize brand team meeting align with Commercialization meeting governance.
- To collaborate with brand team in creating training agenda for sales force team in sales cycle meeting.
- To support talent development program in marketing function.
- To support Commercialization marketing capability building.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
- At least 5 years’ work experience in pharmaceutical product/consumers products or sales management will be an advantage.
- Creative, Initiative, Good Communication Skills.
- Experience in writing marketing plans is preferable.
- Fluent in both Thai and English.
- Computer Literacy.
