Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Power System Reliability

  • Support maintenance and reliability improvement programs for critical electrical infrastructure, utilities, refrigeration, and cold chain systems.
  • Manage preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Improve system reliability and availability of transformers, switchboards, MCCs, generators, UPS, and power distribution systems.

2. Automation & Warehouse Automation Systems

  • Manage and support PLC, DDC, BAS/BMS, SCADA, HMI, and warehouse automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot automation and control system failures to ensure operational continuity and system reliability.
  • Support system integration, upgrades, commissioning, and automation expansion projects.

3. Cold Chain & Refrigeration Engineering Support

  • Support reliability, maintenance, performance, and continuous improvement of refrigeration and temperature-controlled warehouse systems.
  • Investigate temperature excursions, equipment abnormalities, and control system failures affecting cold chain operations.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to strengthen cold chain reliability and compliance.

4. Engineering Project Management

  • Lead facility improvement projects, including warehouse layout optimization, infrastructure modification, and engineering upgrades to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, project execution, and handover activities.

5. Energy Management & Sustainability

  • Drive energy conservation and utility optimization initiatives across facility operations.
  • Support energy-saving, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.
  • Monitor energy performance and evaluate project benefits, cost savings, and ROI.

6. Compliance, Safety & Contractor Management

  • Ensure compliance with GSDP, GMP, ISO, SHE, electrical safety standards, and applicable regulations.
  • Manage contractors and ensure safe execution of engineering, maintenance, and project activities.
  • Maintain engineering documentation, audit readiness, and technical compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical power systems, automation systems, or facility engineering.
  • Experience in warehouse automation, distribution centers, cold storage and pharmaceutical logistics.
  • Experience managing engineering CAPEX projects.
